1. Semi-Automatic MAP packaging machine for sale
It is a very commonly used semi-automatic vertical map packaging machine, consisting of an automatic mould, body and film feeding mechanism, with a built-in high-precision adjustable raw mixing system.
1-1. Machine type:
There are 2 types of semi-automatic map machine.
(1) Vacuum type, which consists of five major parts: the upper studio, the lower studio, the body, the electrical and the vacuum system.
The working principle is to first extract the air from the tray box, then fill it with preserving gas (usually nitrogen, carbon dioxide) and finish sealing the film after pressing, thermoplastic sealing and cutting the film.
(2) Gas flow type, as the name suggests, this model does not have a vacuum process but is the same as the vacuum type in terms of gas flushing for freshness. It has the advantage that the packer is faster, less powerful and more energy efficient.
1-2. Packaging Speed:
The device supports packing quantities of up to 4 trays at a time. The vacuum type can achieve a packaging speed of up to 700 trays / hour, gas flow type can up to 1000 trays / hour.
